I-70 closed in western Colorado due to Paradise Creek Fire
Emergency officials have closed Interstate 70 in western Colorado just west of Glenwood Springs due to a wildfire called the Paradise Creek Fire. The closure is for both directions of the interstate.
First responders were heading to the scene of the fire at approximately 3 p.m.
So far it's not clear how big the fire is. Glenwood Springs Fire Department described it as a brush fire.
