Weld County Sheriff's Office Employee Accused Of Aggravated Incest

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - An employee of the Weld County Sheriff's Office accused of aggravated incest has been arrested.

Kyle Christopher Miller, 40, was arrested on May 8 and is charged with felony aggravated incest.

According to police in Greeley, a social services case worker notified the Greeley Police Department of a possible sexual assault that took place at a Greeley residence in late February or early March.

"The investigation indicated that an incident involved a daughter under 10 years of age and had occurred at the home of the father in Greeley while staying there for an overnight visitation," police said in a statement.

Police said they interviewed the child and the mother and evidence collected at Miller's home resulted in his arrest.

Miller is being held in the Weld County Jail and the investigation is ongoing.

Police didn't release Miller's role in the Weld County Sheriff's Office, only that he is an employee of the department.
