Firefighters Practice Swift Water Rescue
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4)- Firefighters jumped in rushing water on Friday to practice their rescue techniques.
Nearly 20 firefighters conducted rescue training along Clear Creek in Golden.
They learned how to put together a technical rope system in the water to save people who may be in danger.
Those crews are reminding people to keep children and pets away from those banks of the rushing water.
