ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Virgilio San Andres is accused of having inappropriate conversations on social media with a female student. San Andres is a volunteer coach of a club sport at Arapahoe High School.
Investigators want to know if this has happened to other juvenile students.
