Victim In Park Hill Shooting Dies, Suspected Shooter In Custody
DENVER (CBS4) - The victim of a shooting in Denver's Park Hill neigborhood Wednesday night has died and a suspect is under arrest.
Denver police said Thursday morning that the victim, identified as Charles Edward Harris, died. Harris, 37, had been in critical condition after the shooting at 38th and Grape Street.
The shooting happened at approximately 9 p.m. and after the investigation officers closed off several blocks while they investigated what happened.
Police said Thursday that an argument led up to the shooting and that during the fight someone fired a gun.
Officers caught the suspect soon after the crime. The suspect has not been identified.
