Denver City Council Considers Ban On All Flavored Tobacco Products
DENVER (CBS4)- The Denver City Council is considering a ban on all flavored tobacco products, including vape juice. The proposal is part of a years-long battle from groups fighting teen vaping.
They say companies are using flavored products to draw kids in. The ban would prohibit the sale of flavored vape juice in Denver, along with products that are chewed or smoked.
The city council will vote on the proposal this week. Boulder has already passed a similar ordinance.
