Travel Ban Protesters Get Legal Victory
DENVER (CBS4) - Travel ban protesters gained a legal victory from the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The court denied Denver's request for an emergency stay.
That means people can freely protest President Donald Trump's executive order at the airport.
Denver police and the airport had told protesters they needed to get a permit and give seven days advanced notice.
A lower court ruled protesters needed to give DIA one day notice.
