'Transit Island' Installed On Lawrence Street In Downtown Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - All lanes are back open on Lawrence Street in downtown Denver after crews installed what's called a "transit island."
Denver Public Works says the project will make it safer and easier for people to board buses on Lawrence Street.
The improvements come alongside a new protected bike lane in the same stretch of downtown.
