Top November Concerts In Denver

Artists hit the road in November and, for some of them, Denver is the first stop. Here is a round-up a few of the top upcoming concerts in the Mile High City for the month of November. There's something for a variety of music tastes on tap this month, so don't sleep on picking up your tickets. For all you music heads out there, Ryan Bingham, Angel Haze, Rob Thomas and Chris Young are on our calendar. Go listen to the music now. Available on iTunes for download is Bigham's "Fear and Saturday Night," Haze's "Dirty Gold" album and Thomas' "The Great Unknown." Young's I'm Coming Over, titled after the hit single, will be released Nov. 13.

Country music singer Chris Young's I'm Comin' Over Tour with Eric Paslay and Clare Dunn is making a stop at 1stBank Center in Broomfield on Thursday, Nov. 19. The single's namesake album will be released Nov. 13, so expect a really great show. Ticket prices range from $25 to $45. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Catch her now while she's still on the rise. Angel Haze will perform at the Bluebird Theater on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 9 p.m. The 23-year-old hip-hop rapper and singer received a VMA "Best Video with a Social Message" nomination for her "Battle Cry video." The song is from her most recent album, "Dirty Gold." Tickets are $12.50 and $15 on the day of the show. Doors open at 8:00 p.m.

Ryan Bingham, the award-winning singer with a raspy but sultry country sound, is taking his "Fear and Saturday Night" album on the road. His soulful and meaningful lyrics have brought him a Grammy Award, and even an Academy Award, for his ability to work his way into the hearts of listeners. Bingham will be making a stop at the Ogden on Nov. 25. The show is scheduled for 9 p.m. Tickets are $28.50 and $30 at the door on the night of the show.

Soul and hip-hop band The Roots have been met with a lot of critical acclaim and love, from working as the house band on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to their regularly sold-out shows and the appearances of their work in major shows and movies including "Men In Black," "Superbad" and "Entourage." They have been going strong since their formation in 1987, having even been dubbed one of the "greatest live bands around" by Rolling Stone. If you haven't yet, discover the reason for all the high praise and catch their show in the Ogden's relatively intimate setting.

"She's So Mean" singer Rob Thomas, of the band Matchbox Twenty, will be at Denver's Paramount Theatre on Mon., Nov. 9th at 7 p.m. His latest album, "The Great Unknown," was released this year on Aug. 21 and quickly climbed the charts. Hit songs include "Trust You" and "Hold on Forever." Ticket prices range from $45 to $99.50. Doors open at 6 p.m.
