With Denver Comic Con growing by leaps and bounds each year, as well as a burgeoning con scene, Denver offers many resources for fans of comic books and graphic novels. There are many stores in the Mile High city that carry a wide selection of books, from the most popular to lesser known, obscure volumes. Chuck Rozanski, founder and president of Mile High Comics, started the business out of his home in 1969. Since that time, Mile High Comics has grown into one of the most well-known and highly trafficked stores in the Denver area. Along with its 45,000 square foot retail shop, the store also publishes much of its inventory on its website, so you can find what you're looking for before going to the store. Staff members are as passionate about comic books as the owner, so they can help you find what you need and make suggestions if you're not quite sure what to buy. Mile High Comics boasts over five million titles in its inventory making it easy to spend the better portion of your day perusing.
