Teachers, Education Experts Wear Red To State Capitol To Stress Importance Of Public Education
DENVER (CBS4)- Members of the Colorado Education Association went to the state Capitol on Friday to make sure that public education is a priority for the session. They claim schools are underfunded by $2,800 per pupil.
The group says Friday was like a first day of school for many new lawmakers. They also say they are excited about having Jared Polis as the next governor.
