STRIVE Prep Students Walk Out Of Class, Northfield Students Gather At State Capitol To Protest Gun Violence

DENVER (CBS4)- About 100 students from STRIVE Prep walked out of class on Friday morning. They headed west on 56th before making a loop through Denver's Montbello neighborhood.

The students said they were protesting gun violence and the lives of those lost in school shootings.

A larger group of students and members of the community protested gun violence in schools at the state Capitol.
