1 dead after 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 between Chambers Road and Pena Boulevard
A man was killed in a crash involving a semi truck and a car early Thursday morning on Interstate 70 in Aurora. It happened in the eastbound lanes of I-70 between Chambers Road and Pena Boulevard.
The person who was killed was in a sedan that got lodged under the semi, according to Aurora police.
Throughout the morning commute only one eastbound lane was open to drivers heading eastbound through the area.
