Pueblo Fugitive, David Garcia, Re-Captured After Absconding From Parole
PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - A man who authorities say absconded from parole was re-captured last week. A detective from the Pueblo Police Department was part of a fugitive task force which was trying to find 26-year-old David Garcia.
Police say Garcia has previously been involved in a drive-by shooting in December of 2020.
They found him in a home on Azalea Street. He was arrested without incident.
Garcia is now in the Pueblo County Detention Center.
