Colorado ski area set to auction off parts of 54-year-old chairlift
Starting Monday, you have a chance to own a piece of history from a Colorado ski area.
Powderhorn Mountain Resort will auction off pieces of what was the resort's oldest operating ski lift.
The West End Chairlift, a Heron-Poma double chair, had carried up skiers and boarders for 54 years until it closed this spring.
A new high-speed express quad will replace the lift.
