Police Search For Teen Wanted In Robbery, Murder

DENVER (CBS4)- More than four months after a teenager was found murdered in the street in Green Valley Ranch, police have made two arrests and continue to search for another teen who may have been connected to the killing.

Investigators believe Randy Canister, 19, was murdered over a cell phone and cash. His body was found on a curb near E. Robins Drive and Ireland Street in a quiet Green Valley Ranch neighborhood in February.

Police said Canister had been shot several times.

Police arrested Qa'Shelby Frazier-Moore of Denver in April in connection with the deadly shooting. He has been charged with first-degree murder in Canister's death.

Now police are searching for Ashyonte Johnson and have issued a warrant for her arrest. Johnson, 19, is wanted for aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Another person has been charged in the case. Ryan Hobbs was arrested and charged with robbery.
