Police Arrest Suspect In Deadly Shooting Of Teen
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have arrested a man accused of shooting two teenagers who were allegedly trying to steal marijuana plants from his backyard.
Keylin Mosley, 15, was killed and a 14-year-old was wounded and possibly paralyzed in the early Sunday morning shooting at a home on High Street near 29th Avenue.
Police say Keith David Hammock allegedly shot the teens with a rifle from the second story of the home about 2 a.m. Sunday after the boys climbed over the backyard fence.
Hammock, 48, remained in custody on investigation of murder, attempted murder and investigation of felony marijuana cultivation.
