Pickup Crashes Into Post Office In Minturn
MINTURN, Colo. (CBS4) - Nobody was hurt when a pickup crashed into an Eagle County post office.
The crash happened a approximately 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Minturn.
"The two occupants of the pickup were uninjured and the airbags did not deploy," Tracy LeClair with the Eagle River Fire Protections District said in a statement.
Investigators say the driver told them his foot slipped off the clutch and the truck lurched forward.
The amount of damage to the building is still being determined.
