People Rally Against Violence In Venezuela At State Capitol
DENVER (CBS4) – Dozens of people rallied in front of the state capitol against the violence in Venezuela on Saturday.
They carried posters in both English and Spanish opposing Venezuela's government and demanding that President Nicolas Maduro Leave Office.
"We just, want freedom we want justice. We want to free Venezuela away from Maduro. We want Maduro to go away," said protestor Carolina Paez.
Pro and anti-government protests have filled the streets of Venezuela's capitol.
At least eight people have died in the past two weeks.
