Meet the new bird chicks at the Denver Zoo
The Denver Zoo is showing off five American flamingo chicks and four Chilean chicks that recently hatched. They're being cared for by hand behind the scenes until the new flamingo habitat opens.
Flamingos are born white or grey and turn pink within the first couple of years of their lives.
