Mario Kaiser Arrested After Deputies Find Suitcases Full Of Store Items
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of trying to steal bags of merchandise at JCPenney. Deputies responded to the department store at Southwest Plaza on Wednesday morning.
Deputies say they found several suitcases and bags full of items from the store. They later found Mario Kaiser in the area after taking a look at surveillance video.
Kaiser faces burglary and theft charges.
