Man Charged In LoDo Shooting
DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of shooting into a vehicle in LoDo and injuring several people has been formally charged.
Nghia Trong Tran has been charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and six counts of illegal discharge of a firearm.
The charges allege that about 1:45 a.m. on April 24, Tran was involved in an altercation near 14th and Market Streets and that he fired multiple gunshots into a vehicle, injuring three people.
Tran, 31, has been released from custody on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on May 17 to be formally advised of the charges.
