Man Accused In Crash That Killed Pedestrians Will Face Charges
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - A driver who police say hit and killed two pedestrians will face charges.
Police in Thornton say Michael James Grennan, 33, was using his cellphone at the time of the accident. It happened in March on 168th Avenue. Witnesses say Grennan veered off the road and crashed into the victims.
The Adams County district attorney charged Grennan with two counts of careless driving resulting in death and one count of careless driving resulting in injury. All are misdemeanors.
