DENVER (CBS4/AP) - Colorado State Rep. Steve Lebsock says he will not resign from his position following several accusations of sexually harassing women.
Lebsock came under fire earlier this month, and later apologized to some of the accusers.
He then defended himself in a lengthy interview. Lebsock says he will also continue his campaign for State Treasurer.
House Speaker Crisanta Duran says she investigating the claims.
Adams County Democratic Rep. Faith Winter claims Lebsock harassed her.
Winter later filed a complaint about an alleged 2016 incident in which she says Lebsock suggested they engage in sexual acts during an end-of-session party.
Lebsock says he's been notified of two formal complaints against him. He denies wrongdoing.
