Scattered Storms , Warm Temperatures Through the Weekend

DENVER (CBS4) - Plenty of clouds and scattered storms around the state on this Thursday. Denver reached an official high of 88 degrees, 87 downtown. Looks like more of the same for Friday: Partly sunny, isolated storms, and a high back in the mid to upper 70s. Isolated storms to start the weekend on Saturday with a high that could reach 90 degrees. Scattered storms Sunday - high in the mid 80s.

We'll start next week with mostly sunny skies and highs staying in the mid to upper 8Os for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Scattered storms back in the forecast for Thursday with a high in the mid 80s. Then we begin September on Friday with mostly sunny skies and a high in the mid to upper 80s.
