Denver's Larimer Square Sold to Asana Partners
DENVER (CBS4)- Denver's iconic Larimer Square has a new owner. Asana Partners purchased the historic business block from longtime owner Jeff Hermanson.
Hermanson said he wanted a new owner who would honor the legacy of Larimer Square.
Asana Partners said it is planning to invest in the block by restoring and preserving the historic buildings.
