I-70 Near Glenwood Springs Back Open After Boulder Falls On Road

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4/AP) - One westbound lane of Interstate 70 near Glenwood Springs is back open after it had to be closed when a boulder the size of a car fell on the road.

Colorado Department of Transportation spokesman Mike Murray says no one was injured when a rock fell on the highway in the morning.

Officials with CDOT said they had to temporarily close all of the westbound lanes for the rock removal effort, and that one lane still remained closed at noon.
