Pond Closed To Protect Fawns In The Park

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - A pond is closed because of some little ones in the area.

Jefferson County Open Space says they've found some fawns in the sanctuary at Crown Hill Park, so are closing Kestrel Pond to protect them.

The pond will remain closed for an unknown period of time.

Parks and Open Space says they'll re-evaluate the situation again in two weeks.
