'Jingle Bell Run' Benefits Arthritis Foundation
DENVER (CBS4) - The fresh fallen snow didn't keep a Colorado holiday tradition from taking off. Runners took the streets of Washington Park for the annual 5K Jingle Bell Run.
Runners wore their holiday best, all the while raising money for the Arthritis Foundation.
Some runners say the race is so important to them because they have family members who have suffered from arthritis.
"I moved here from Chicago, so I'm kind of used to (the cold)," one runner said.
"I actually do this in memory of my grandmother who had arthritis," another said.
