JBS Workers Walk Off Job In Pay Dispute
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)- JBS employees in Greeley walked off the job. This is the same meat packing plant that had an outbreak of the coronavirus.
Some workers are upset about a pay dispute. Employees told CBS4 that a pay raise was supposed to be immediate but instead it is being spread out of several years.
JBS said the union refused to call for a vote on the pay increase and hopes the differences can be settled soon.
