Lanes Of I-70 Westbound Closed Due To Accident
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - The right lanes of Interstate 70 near Wadsworth Boulevard were closed due to an accident.
The Colorado Department of Transportation tweeted about the closure shortly after 11 a.m. on Thursday.
On CDOT's cameras, traffic could be seen backed up for miles.
The accident was cleared and the lanes reopened at approximately 11:30 a.m., according to CDOT.
It is unknown the extent of injuries, if any.
