Homicide Victim Near City Park Identified
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting near City Park as 48-year-old Philip Lucero.
He was found dead in his car at approximately 2:20 a.m. on Saturday on the 4300 east block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Police haven't said if they have suspects.
