Homeowner Greeted By Injured Owl On Doorstep
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - An owl was found with a broken wing on a front doorstep in Arvada.
The homeowner called police when she noticed it hadn't moved for hours.
Animal control officers captured the bird and brought it to the Birds of Prey rehabilitation facility in Broomfield.
Veterinarians believe the bird can heal without surgery.
Once that happens and the owl can fly again, it will be released to the wild.
