Gunman Who Shot Man In Head In KFC Parking Lot Sentenced
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) – The man who shot another man in the head in the KFC parking lot in Westminster was sentenced on Wednesday.
Thomas Flynn was sentenced to 36 years in prison for attempted first-degree murder for the shooting at the Kentucky Fried Chicken located at 92nd Avenue and Federal Boulevard last July.
Flynn ran away from the scene and turned himself into police the next day. The shooting victim, Jerome Campbell, survived.
