Glendale Police Name Person Of Interest In Fatal Stabbing
GLENDALE, Colo. (CBS4) - The Glendale Police Department is investigating a possible homicide after a call from a residence Monday morning and are searching for a person of interest.
Officers responded to an apartment building in the 1100 block of South Birch Street at about 6:30 a.m. and found a person had been stabbed.
The person, whose identity hasn't been released, died as a result of the injuries.
Cpt. Mike Gross with Glendale police told CBS4 officers are searching for a person of interest identified as Severiano Almendariz. He's described as being a Hispanic man, approximately 5-foot-4, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He might be driving a tan four-door 1998 Lincoln Towncar with Colorado plates 754-VOM.
