Fountain Police Shoot Suspect Holding Woman, Children At Gunpoint
FOUNTAIN, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Fountain shot a man who they say was armed with a handgun.
Police were called to a domestic disturbance on Daffodil Street early Monday morning. Officers say a shot was fired inside the home where a man was holding a woman and two children at gunpoint.
When police arrived the woman and children escaped unharmed.
The suspect's name hasn't been released. He is expected to survive.
