Fort Collins Police Arrest Randal Woodard For Allegedly Stealing Woman's Panties
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Fort Collins have arrested a man who they say was caught stealing a woman's panties. Randal Woodard, of Loveland, was working on the woman's sprinkler system at the time.
He was allegedly seen entering her home and stealing her underwear.
Police said that Woodard owns a lawn mowing company and detectives are concerned there may be more victims. Anyone with additional information is asked to call Fort Collins Police Services (970) 221-6540.
