Firefighters Reach 90 Percent Containment On North Hogback Fire

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Firefighters in Jefferson County on Saturday are aiming to fully contain this week's brush fire that led to an evacuation of horses from an equestrian center.

The North Hogback Fire burn area is located near C-470 and Bowles. It covers about 30 acres, and came near the Ken-Caryl Ranch Equestrian Center.

Horses were evacuated on Wednesday afternoon when the fire broke out, but they were allowed back on Friday.
