Fire Danger Is Extreme In Southeast Colorado
(CBS4) -- The fire danger has reached extreme levels in the southeastern part of our state -- and most of the state has high or above average wildfire danger levels.
The state is hot and dry with plenty of fuel available. We haven't seen conditions like this since 2018, when wildfires ravaged parts of the state.
