Felon Caught After Large Search Appears In Court
DENVER (CBS4) - A wanted felon captured by police on Sunday appeared in court Monday morning.
David Shane Gosik, 34, is facing burglary charges and unlawful possession of a handgun.
Police captured Gosik Sunday evening at an apartment complex in southwest Denver. Multiple SWAT teams scoured the area for several hours until they found him hiding in a crawl space.
Gosik is accused of breaking into a home in Douglas county and stealing guns and ammunition. His bond was set at $100,000.
