Bill Dies: Hairstylists Won't Be Enlisted To Help Combat Domestic Abuse
DENVER (CBS4) - A bill that would have allowed hairstylists to help victims of domestic violence in Colorado has died.
The bill would have required salon workers to undergo training in recognizing signs of domestic abuse.
The thought was being people often open up to their stylists.
Republicans didn't want to add the new regulation.
