Deputy Says Von Miller's Attitude Was 'Fair' During Stop
DENVER (CBS4) - An Arapahoe County deputy says Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller exhibited a "fair" attitude when he was caught speeding last Thursday morning.
CBS4 reported Tuesday night that Miller was pulled over by police last week for speeding and was found to be driving while his license was suspended.
According to a citation in the case, obtained by CBS4 Wednesday, police caught Miller driving 38 in a 25 mph zone at 8:40 a.m. Court documents say Miller was driving his mother's black 2012 BMW and was caught by radar.
He was cited for driving while his license was under restraint and speeding and has been ordered to appear in court Oct. 28.

Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said Wednesday that Miller had lost his license "because of points." Robinson said Miller's father was with him in the car and since he had a valid license, Miller's father was allowed to drive the car after the stop.
The deputy marked a box saying Miller's attitude was "fair" as opposed to "good" or "poor" or "very poor."

Miller has been suspended for the first six games of the NFL season for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
He has also had several other legal altercations, including failing to appear in court cases and multiple traffic problems.
