Denver Police Search For Transient Who May Have Witnessed Deadly Assault

DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver would like get in contact with witnesses to an assault last year that resulted in a man's death.

According to police, on Sept. 18, 2013 at about 5 p.m. the victim, Clint Burtts, was assaulted near the intersection of Speer Boulevard and Stout Street. He was hospitalized after the assault in died on April 10 as a result of his injuries.

Police would like witnesses to come forward. They are specifically looking to contact a transient man named Michael who goes by the name "Wolf" and has a dog named Pork Chop. According to police, "Wolf" is believed to panhandle near Interstate 25 and Speer Boulevard.
