2 Denver Cops Injured In Traffic Stop; Suspect Shot
DENVER (CBS4) - Two Denver police officers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries on Friday night after a suspect tried to flee during a traffic stop.
The suspect was shot, but the injuries are non life-threatening.
It's unclear how officers were wounded, but they may have been hit by a vehicle.
The department said shortly after 8:30 p.m. that the incident happened near 50th Avenue and Crown Boulevard in Montbello.
