Delays Push Back G Line Opening
ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4)- The new RTD rail line to Arvada and Wheat Ridge will not open in October as scheduled.
Construction delays and issues with the crossings have pushed back the opening date of the G Line.
It was originally scheduled to open this month but now RTD says it will open sometime this fall.
There have been ongoing issues with RTD's A Line train to Denver International Airport that cause delays. Crossing guards continue to monitor rail crossings between Union Station and DIA.
