Dangerous Fugitive & Gang Member Arrested
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a dangerous gang member in Fort Collins.
Authorities say 36-year-old Angel Ramos was wanted for kidnapping and attempted murder.
Investigators say he stabbed a woman with a screwdriver in Fort Morgan.
She managed to get away and was treated at a hospital.
Ramos is in the United States illegally. He's also wanted for homicide in El Salvador.
