Craig Doctor Indicted On Drug Charges Held Without Bond
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (CBS4) - A doctor from Craig accused of distributing controlled substances has been order to be held without bond.
Joel E. Miller, 55, appeared in U.S. District Court in Grand Junction on Tuesday for a detention hearing and was ordered by the judge to be held without bond because the judge believes Miller is a flight risk.
Along with being charged with distributing and dispensing controlled substances, Miller is charged with health care fraud and money laundering.
