CPW Uses Drone To Count Bighorn Sheep Near Pikes Peak
EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers are busy counting sheep. They recently used a drone to get a better picture of the bighorn sheep population near Pikes Peak.
Wildlife officials counted at least 12 sheep in the herd plus one lamb with a broken leg. The information is part of an annual survey of the bighorn herd on the mountain.
