Colorado National Guard Continues Testing Long-Term Care Facilities
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- The Colorado National Guard was conducting mass testing at Sunny Acres in Thornton on Monday.
The Colorado State Joint Information Center is working with the National Guard to expand testing at nursing homes and long-term care facilities in Colorado.
Older adults make up nearly half of the deaths in the state. Those 65 and older remain under Gov. Jared Polis' stay-at-home order.
The state hopes to test Bethany Care Center in Lakewood on Tuesday.
