Construction Begins On New Casino
BLACK HAWK, Colo. (CBS4)- Groundbreaking has begun on the new Monarch Casino in Black Hawk.
Crews broke ground on the resort and spa on Wednesday.
A parking garage was demolished in December 2016 to make room for the 23-story luxury gaming resort and spa.
Construction will continue over the next two years.
